Vallerina 2 #2 January 14, 2005 I HATE the hot dogs. YUCK! They taste like hot dog flavored gelatin! It's nasty! I like Burger King's veggie burger! Sloppy Joe's made with Boca's fake ground beef are really good! There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
Stacy 0 #3 January 14, 2005 The meatballs aren't too bad. Not plain, but ok in sauce. Real meatballs are better though!
AggieDave 6 #4 January 14, 2005 Sorry, but I can't stand most meat wanna-be's unless they were made out of some sort of real meat (i.e. the ground up everything hotdogs aren't bad, but there's real meat in there somewhere). I've tried a lot of vegitarian foods, simply to try something different and every single "meatless meat" product I tried sucked...sucked bad. Bad enough that I would many times not finish the meal.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."

Vallerina 2 #9 January 14, 2005 QuoteBad enough that I would many times not finish the meal. I'm the opposite. Most real meats make me feel sick to my stomach...sick enough to wear I've puked them up numerous times! jb092 0 #10 January 14, 2005 I have tried a few things but I really didn't like any. I need the real thing or I dont bother. What could possibly go wrong?

selbbub78 0 #12 January 14, 2005 the veggie burger at burger king is delicious. Also, I haven't found a bad Morning Star product. They seem to make everything. Their chicken wings are delicious (they claim that they're hot, but they're really not)."Women fake orgasms - men fake whole relationships" – Sharon Stone "The world is my dropzone" (wise crewdog quote) "The light dims, until full darkness pierces into the world."-KDM
Lostinspace 0 #13 January 14, 2005 I could live on Veggie corn dogs (morningstar farms). They are pretty convenient, 150 calories AND on a stick. Why are you skipping the meat? Why are you only looking for substitutes? If you go to the PETA website, they will send you a “How to go Vegetarian” guide. Or at least they used to. (Please don’t mean me.) If you are doing it for health and you live alone, There is a decent book out there called “Vegan cooking for one.” (I'm not a vegetarian)
spidermonky 0 #14 January 14, 2005 I like pretty much everything made by Amy's and Morningstar Farms. Veggie food really depends on the brand.
SpeedRacer 1 #15 January 14, 2005 There's a brand of soy sausage substitute called "Gimme Lean" which is really good. It is also low in fat & has some fiber . I can't remember the name of the company that makes it, but they also make a soy substitute baloney which sucks ass.
