AggieDave 6 #9 January 17, 2005 I'm still crusing at the same weight, but I can feel the change starting in my body. The metabolism has started kicking in and my body wants a LOT more water now. The hardest part so far is eating enough. I'm still only eating a couple of meals a day instead of 5 like I should and I'm still not eating as clean as I should, but I'm gradually getting there. Atleast I'm doing a lot more cardio then I was a couple of weeks ago.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."
