tsalnukt 1 #1 June 11, 2009 Hey riggers. What do you charge for cypress servicing??? Let's say one of your customers cypress's needs a 4 or 8 year and you take it out of the rig and and send it in for them and put it back in when it comes back. The bill for the service comes and when you give it to the customer do you add anything extra for doing all the work? Does your loft have a flat rate for cypress servicing??? Just trying to get an idea of what others are doing. thanks
fugozzie 0 #2 June 11, 2009 If the customer uses there credit card and ships the unit to airtec I charge nothing. If i have to use my credit card and I ship it I charge 5% over the face value of the invoice + shipping. You should fill out your profile. JG
councilman24 37 #3 June 11, 2009 For my loyal customers I just charge them the shipping I'm out of pocket and SSK's charges. Usually round up to an even dollar for the gas to go an extra 1/4 mile to UPS. I consider it part of my service. But I don't make my living rigging. My philosophy is I don't want to make it harder for someone to jump an AAD. I'd expect a rigger to charge a fee, either built into their I&R fee or separate. Time is money. I'm old for my age.
