mouth 0 #2 January 28, 2005 Good for you. I give up as I'm still stuck at 129. I've been hitting the gym pretty hard though so I can tell it in my clothes even if the scales don't move. -- Hot Mama At least you know where you stand even if it is in a pile of shit. selbbub78 0 #6 January 28, 2005 Well, this was a bad week for me, and I knew it also. Especially when I decided that 9PM was a good time to eat dinner, consisting of pasta, and potatoes. Gained 3 pounds Hopefully, I'll stop doing that. Of course this week I was pretty sick and couldn't go to the gym monday or tuesday, and with the storm this past weekend, it didn't help hanging out with friends drinking beer, wine, and cheesecake! NO MORE STORM!!!Will do better next week CReW Skies,"Women fake orgasms - men fake whole relationships" – Sharon Stone "The world is my dropzone" (wise crewdog quote) "The light dims, until full darkness pierces into the world."-KDM

I'm going to step up the exercise this weekend and see if it helps. Hey, every little bit helps!! Great job! Lots and lots of water... as much as you can hold. boinky 0 #16 January 28, 2005 WOW! 3 quarts? Can a body really hold this much liquid? I'll never be able to step up the exercise, because I'll be in the bathroom non-stop. Everyone always says to drink lots of water. Can someone explain the logic behind that theory? It seems like you'd be adding water weight then. mnealtx 0 #17 January 28, 2005 Yeah, at first you pee like a racehorse...then you bladder gets used to it and you're back to your "normal schedule". It actually helps scavenge excess water from your system - that seems backwards, I know, but it really does work.Mike I love you, Shannon and Jim. peregrinerose 0 #25 January 28, 2005 I'm STILL at freaking 141 *sigh* Yes I was very good this week, worked out almost every day, ate right. No real change in how clothes fit. Part of my problem is I'm built like a dwarf out of a fantasy novel. Short and compact, very litte fat anywhere on my body except my gut. I have better arm tone than a lot of guys I know. HELP!! Do or do not, there is no try -Yoda
