What is the best way for a two people to get from the airport in Sydney to a 7 day/week DZ, Where we can tent, jump, have access to showers and food, plan a month long holiday and meet some skydivers?

Word.

Sydney Skydivers jumps 7 days but generally only a few loads during the day in the week as it is tandem driven. If you are coming to Oz for a month I would highly reccomend doing a little bit of travelling - there are plenty of rent a wreck places you can get cheap hire cars.

You could stay at the DZ, they allow tents and there are showers but there is not much else around. Sydney is kind of a sprawling city and the DZ is an hour away by car. There is a bus that goes from the city to the dz evey day to take tandems so even if you stayed in the city you could jump daily.

I took the train from the down town sydney central terminal to the closest train station to the Picton dropzone. From there they sent some one out with a car. Ive even had them broadcast over the intercom that i was buying the beer to who ever came. worked like a charm. they also run a shuttle from the hostels in down town out to picton almost everyday. One thing i found down there is that they jump a lot till about noon then there is not much jumping after that.

Yup, Chris is right on the money.

It'd be fun and easy to plan a trip up the East Coast to Brisbane, or down towards Melbourne and Adelaide.

The Sydney Skydivers bus leaves town at about 7am each morning. Call the office to arrange stuff.
