Nothing! Nothing this week. Not a single pound or even a half pound. And I tried really hard this week! I didn't have a single beer all week! And I didn't partake in any of the King Cake floating around the office this week. And I was on that damn exercise bike for at least 45 minutes everyday! I want to see progress!>:(

You made progress. By the end of the week, you were in better physical shape than at the beginning. Weight coming off is one way (and yes, of course it's the way we want). Your willpower got more exercise, and your body got more exercise. If you lose weight next week, it'll be because you really lost it, and not because you happened to have a light day on weighing day.

It's frustrating though, I'm sure. Technically nothing came off for me this week, but I know it was a good week anyway, and that if nothing came off it's only because that's last weeks loss staying off.

Yippeee!!!!!!!!!!

Just as I predicted (or close enough) I'm at 175! That's 10 lbs since the start but I've lost track of what that is since last check-in...3 I think but that's because I gained two....oh who cares. The net result is good!

My prediction for next Friday is that I will hold at 175 while my body adjusts to make it permanent.

Come on folks, keep motivated! It's supposed to be 7 degrees C here on Sunday - spring is coming!

Not great, but a lot better from last week. I've changed a few things in my "program" yesterday, so hopefully that will show next week. I think it will, we'll see though.

maybe one of the reasons that you didn't loose weight is because you burnt calories doing the exercise but at the same time you increased muscle mass to the same extent as the loss of fat.

Just a thought.

still not losing - but then I haven't been jumping - I tend to lose during the weekend and keep it off during the week. I can't wait till summer!
