d100965 0 #51 May 13, 2009 Crashtested Doood!!! Chill out! I think I met you on the flightline at Weston and we spoke about your rig. You seemed a very nice guy! This thread is getting ridiculous!! Trust me I am very like you!! And this goes way beyond!! I'm not the biggest fan of PDF and PM me if you want some more advice. But for what its worth.. here goes...Have you jumped the rig yet? Have you paid for it yet? If both answers are NO can you just send it back? If it was me I would feel very sour wearing thier rig after what they have done to you!! Is there any way you can just give it back without too much loss?
billvon 3,116 #52 May 13, 2009 >but what is your point in this thread apart from moving it to another place. 1) G+R and the reviews areas are great places to check to see if a manufacturer will make you happy, or if they have poor customer service and long delivery times. 2) It sucks that your rig took so long. 3) I'm glad they finally apologized to you in the letter. Now you can decide if you ever want to do business with them again - and this thread may help other people decide if _they_ want to do business with them. crashtested 0 #53 May 13, 2009 Hey bill, Was it a heartfelt apology though, do you think they meant it? I get your point of the warning that pdf took a while to manufacture rigs, but i think a bigger thread was needed, and i wanted more PDF threads in this link so when a search was done this came up. What i'm spending on the rig is the biggest investments in my life so far, so i have gotten a little more angrier then i normally would. Anyway...... Soooooo whats left you all may ask, have i got my whole point across, or was something else needed?? well i have set them up a website.. www.parachutedefrance.com please check it out, Am I crazy, no / yes / getting their
mdrejhon 8 #54 June 3, 2009 Quote and 6 months for a jumpsuit (which didn't fit.) Ouch. Both of my jumpsuits are custom made Bev Suit's with three pockets, cordura seat and booties, and they both arrived approximately 1 week or so, first one in 2005 and the second one in September 2009 My trick... TRIPLE RUSH order (but be warned of $100+ premium to get it that quickly - the rush order add-on and the FedEx overnight shipping) Yeah, I was that desparate to get my new slowfaller before my first 100-way at Perris last September 2008.
