I get a lot of emails like that, usually from people claiming to be ebay or paypal. It is good to forward the message to the real company to help them control the fraudulent emails. For Yahoo, the address to forward the message to is mail-spoof@cc.yahoo-inc.com (you need to display the message with full headers before forwarding it to them).

Millions of people fall for it. It's phishing scam. I get some that are so well done, they are actually better than the eBay and Citibank sites that they are spoofing.
