Dunno who buys, ask the parents. Personally, I wouldn't be shelling out cash for that, but I'm not all other parents in the world. It's easy to make the comparison between puppy love and the real thing... the real thing doesn't need roses and candy and stuffed animals, the real thing needs nothing at all to celebrate Vtine's day because you know you are loved full time, not just one day a year.
