maveag03 0 #1 February 16, 2005 To anyone who might know, I'm doing an assignment for a class and have been researching different aspects of canopies, from conventional to high-performance. Does anyone know if there is a cross-braced, airlocked canopy out or if it even exsist? If it does, what would be the advantages and disadvantages of one, and how would it compare to the Icarus Extreme FX or VX, or PD's Velocity and Vengeance? Thanks. maveag03 0 #5 February 16, 2005 Yes I have. I've been looking for awhile last night and this morning, and resorted to asking the skydive community. Y'all are a lot better than an extensive search. Kris 0 #8 February 16, 2005 Brian Germain's "Sensei" is both crossbraced and airlocked. It has been discussed in the forums before.Sky, Muff Bro, Rodriguez Bro, and Bastion of Purity and Innocence!™
maveag03 0 #9 February 16, 2005 Ok. Well from my extensive search of DZ.com, I have come up with Big Air Sportz. Thank you for y'alls help. My next question is, is the Sensei what I'm looking for (not for me to jump for a long while), or am I wrong? Just being curious for my class.Waid Goolsby, III Laaaaaaate. maveag03 0 #12 February 17, 2005 Well, Dave, since I haven't been in the forum for very long and when I posted this, I wasn't at home but at the campus computers. Anyways, just thought I'd respond much later and everything. BTW, I'm a little drunk and this is just a stupid post. Take care. Laaaaaaate.Waid Goolsby, III Laaaaaaate.
