windcatcher 0 #1 February 17, 2005 oops So, yesterday I emailed my friend, and much to my amusement I hear back from my older brother, who accidentally received my reply to her! My older brother's response is pretty entertaining, so if anybody wants to get in on a little female gossip, please keep reading I think it's hilarious! My older brother writes: "hmmmmmmmm, interesting. I see that i may have accidentally come across some sort of female echo, perhaps even a glitch in their gossip. I have never been graced with this sort of thing, for i have come to the conclusion that my three sisters either, A, dont know or understand the sequences of using the modern mailling system so called "email", or B, that they have no friends to keep in contact with, and i might add that they must have no older brothers to keep in contact with as well. One could easily turn this statement around and make the older brother acquire the "forgetfull" title, but i bet this older brother, in one form or another, may possibly keep in contact with his sisters if he had an updated email. But enough of this jargon, let us sort of intervene in the middle of this femalesque escapade and delve in head first. First ladies, no one is the king, queen, prince or god of the sky, it belongs to everyone, i might give a little le-way to the birds and our other winged friends, but there is a reason why the species known as the homosapien doesnt have wings, its because our brains are just to damn heavy! Carry on you say? Even though i do have a little sister that jumps out of perfectly good airplanes, mind you, when we were young, i was always the one that did the crazy stuff, like eat oddly number-legged bugs, smash things with hammers, and i had even been known around our little block to use a few cuss words, but shhhh, dont tell anybody. Back to what is ultimately more important: the ones that are going to be reading this. Oh yes, Sarah and *****... how wonderful it is to do this. LEts start off with Sarah.... it sounds like youve been up to no good... jumpin out of airplanes after boys? or was it jumpin off of boys after airplanes. I get my twords wisted up occasionally. As for keeping these same guys around! Loose em, men, the ones that hang out at the dz, are the bad ones. I bet they always have three oclock shadows, and muscles where they shouldnt have muscles, skin tight clothes to give them that feeling of flying through the sky at unbelievable miles an hour when they walk to the nearest coffee store. Ive seen em around. I even heard they use some sort of stridulation to entice the females? maybe, maybe not. LOL. ( thats a little joke for my own pleasure, go ahead and look it up and you'll see why i think that is funny) Oh yeah sarah, whats this about a, and i quote, "Girl, it's okay if you mess up when you jump w/ others, I do it ALL the time! HAHA" ummmm yeah, we're going to have to think about this, ummmmm yeah, i think when youre plummeting towards earth, and all the power that keeps you from being atomized rests solely in your forearm and a couple of fingers to hold onto a cord, ummmmm yeah, its not okay to mess up in the sky. And dont get me started with this Chi Chi Chick! ( it just makes ya wanna add chia to the end dont it!) Trying to hook up my lil sister with the DZ boys (not to sound like the beastie... never mind, not going to go there). What does she run around the airport and dz just hooking people up left and right, where does she fit into allt his, she better not be packing you chutes cause i smell a little insurance embezzling going on if things get serious that is. What i really want to say here is how happy i am to hear my sister encouraging people about life and the right moves it requires (see sarah's concluding statements in replied email). I can see a little bit of me in those words.... how they must have just rolled out of her mouth. :) Hey, this was all in fun, and if something in one form or another seems a bit like slander, or may be a direct attack on your character, like deformation of character, please disregard it for this is only meant to be used as a quazi hello to my little sister for I miss her oh so much.... awwwwwwww.... what a sweet brother huh. Sarah send me something sometime, its been a while i know, but that doesnt mean we cant chat, i'm an avid fan of msn but i have a feeling you use either your roommates computer or the library's. Ive been there before. Anyway, i miss ya and wouldnt mind accidently getting a couple more of these, it was rather nice kind of sort of watching my little sister talk to someone, like observing her, noticing her social tics and tocs. Well, i gotta go, i enjoyed writing this email, and cant wait to hear from either of you two... later" so yeah, I tried emailing my friend, and of course we were talking about airplanes, skyboys, life,etc. You can almost sense some of her and my conversation in the email, about someone playing match maker at the dz and meeting cute guys at the dz I think I'll check the To: addresses in my emails next time Mother to the cutest little thing in the world... When I first got an Internet connection - before the WWW was even around - I knew exactly two other people who had email addresses, my good friend Rob and my big brother. Before that, I hardly ever saw or spoke to my brother (just because we were busy and so far away)... but thanks to email, we started talking to each other a lot more...
