I read about the premise of the show before it came out and thought that my boyfriend would have done REALLY well on it. Once I watched the real thing and all the chicanery and back-stabbing was apparently desireable in order to win, instead of true survival skills, I realized that then it was nothing like what I thought it would be. Since my brother and his girlfriend used to work for the people who created the show, I will always be a fan, even if I don't watch it. (I don't watch TV. That is the only reason why I don't watch the show.) And, no, I am not available to get anyone a spot on the show, so please nobody PM me about that.
