vadar1 0 #1 May 3, 2009 Hi there, I am in search for a full face helmet (first one) at the moment. The problems are, I have a big head and wear a pair of glasses. I tried on several full face helmets at local dropzone, but only one that I can find to suit my head size and my wearing glasses, is the Havok from Bonehead. Putting on XL Havok, I found it had some room left around my head, but the dropzone not carrying L sized Havok, I have no idea how L size would fit over my head. Not only that, I didn't like the Havok about it not having that soft chin covering that all other full face helmet would come with. Anyway, I need a full face helmet that's large enough to take my 24" head with glasses on. I usually find it difficult to put on the glasses after I put on the helmet, so I need one that I can put on a pair of glasses before putting the helmet on (like Havok). I know my choices are pretty much limited, but if you know any other helmet than Havok, let me know. Thank you.
NWFlyer 2 #2 May 3, 2009 Try the Bonehead Mamba or the Paratec FreeZR2. They accommodate those of us in the Freakishly Large Head™ club nicely, with room for glasses."There is only one basic human right, the right to do as you damn well please. azdiver 0 #3 May 3, 2009 i have the mamba and its very easy to put on my glasses with the helmet on and the visor seems to be the easiest to open of the helmets i have triedlight travels faster than sound, that's why some people appear to be bright until you hear them speak
RafaelYP 0 #4 May 4, 2009 And if you forget to close it too easy to do in free fall, but if the jump was with 32 other skydivers, ready for the jokes. Seriously, I forget to close the display stand and smooth wind in freefall.
