What's the best DZ to go to that is close to an airport and allows camping onsite. I want to see if I can get away with not having to rent a car and all that BS. katiebear21 0 #4 February 17, 2005 You'll probably need to look for a place with a full time bar/restaurant; otherwise, you're left alone when all the locals go home on the bad weather days. Getting a ride to/from the airport is one thing... being stranded when the weather goes to shit and the dz doesn't have a real restaurant or bar is another. DZ's that I've been to with FULL service include DeLand, Raeford, and Eloy. There's tons more but I can only speak to the ones I've been to.
