I got a ticket last month and finally decided I should take the Online Traffic School since I am chaning over my insurance at the end of the month. They give you ALLLLLL the time in the world to take it, but NO LESS than 4 hours. Each "module" is timed and you can't move on to the next one until the time runs out. I read fast... they don't care. I'm a little over half way through, but sitting here in front of the computer is driving me a little nutty!! Has anyone else had to take traffic school? Did you do it online? masterrig 1 #2 February 21, 2005 I went to one driving school that was held at one of the local eateries. Honest to god, it was called 'Free Meal Driving School'! DTOXX 0 #4 February 21, 2005 For reasons we will not get into I have had traffic school 4 times. Twice in person and twice online. First online course allowed you to go as fast as you could. It also allowed you to open the entire California DMV code in a seperate window. I swear I was finished in 25 minutes. The second was timed. I would read, surf the Internet in another window, read, and so on. Yeah its boring for 4 hours but it beats 8 hours in person... ------- D.T. Superman32 0 #5 February 21, 2005 The class I took was held in its entirety in one afternoon -- 8 looooooo..zzzzzz...ooonnngg hours. That class was definitely designed by someone who just wanted to torture us all. It was physically painful class.
