I can't STAND places that will cure your illness for $19.95 plus shipping and tax. My family has been through so much bullshit miracle cures that cost 'X' amount of dollars I hope companies that feed off of others pain go down in flames. Great if it works for you, though, but you won't see me running out to buy the latest and greatest any time soon. My point is simply, that if I tell people that I can cure coronary aneurisms with a simple remedy, but ya hafta buy my book for $19.95 to see it! -Then it turns out that I tell people in my book that peppermint leaf cures coronary aneurisms if you eat 5 leaves per day for 55 days straight...I guarantee you that after 55 days, somebody will be aneurism-free!! What you wouldn't know is that the one person that was 'cured' of coronary aneurisms never had them in the first place...it was a mis-read on the ultrasound, and perhaps a second person's miraculous recovery would have happened even if they hadn't eaten the peppermint leaves (like my baby. His went away over the course of a year). <--If I had been giving my infant peppermint leaves throughout this year, OH YEAH I would have thought that it had cured the aneurisms & verified the book, but that just wasn't the case. Before I get too awful negative here (I know, too late)...all natural stuff can't hurt, so it can't be bad to give it a shot. Hell we have our twins on herbal supplements. They have not begun talking, as was purported in the advertisement, but at worst they are getting some extra folinic acid and B vitamins. As long as it isn't puttin gyou at any greater risk, go for it. Plenty of "natural" remedies, when used with modern medicines, can kill. They interact with modern drugs in the same way other modern drugs can. Point being - if you plan on taking any of these "natural" medicines, tell your doctor! Odds are that if it won't hurt, the doctor won't mind. I have been and am continuing to go through so many ups and downs that yes I am jaded and a bit cynical over the 'miracle cure'. Everything is derived from nature actually if you think about it, it all depends upon what humanity does with it that counts. Even chemotherapy. I agree with Jaye. Were you cured or simply put into remission? Remission is wonderful and all, it's a beautiful thing but remission isn't a cure. Well do I know. I am truly happy that you might have found something that works but so had I and for a time it did. I just see everything in life as temporary. And ftr, I am fine here. You don't have to pm me about this post. It's all good. I just have bad days. I agree however that this seems like a crude marketing approach to get money from desperate people. With something like cancer explore all the experts and what they have to say - on both sides. Hell, I know someone that was given 6 months to live with stage 2 small cell lymphoma (think I got that right) and is still alive almost seven years later. What did she do? Swore off western medicine, and picked up Yoga, Tai Chi, and a Macrobiotic Vegetarian Lifestyle with supplements. She is stronger and healthier than most people I know.
