Gear store near SF

Hi everyone,

a relative of mine flys to San Francisco soon, and asked me if I need anything from over there. Well, my skydiving junkie brain immidietly thought of buying the next accessory I need which is a Solo audible altimeter.

So, does anyone know where can he get it near SF?

Check the list of drop zones in the area and find out which ones have a gear store or dealer. I'd think there are only 2 or 3 gear stores nationwide not attached to a drop zone, like ParaGear or Pier LTD, but I could be wrong.

No idea. Can't find a physical address on that store's site, so chances are it's a stand-alone business. There may be more out there than I thought.

I believe your closest two options would be Sky Supply at Bay Area Skydiving in Byron (40+ miles from SF Proper), or Action Air at Skydance in Davis (75+ from SF proper). If you're going to have someone pick something up for you at either location, you'd probably want to check in advance to see if they have what you're looking for in stock.
