Dougiefresh 0 #32 February 25, 2005 Peace on earth and goodwill towards men. But I'll settle for a job that will pay for my addiction. no no no. The skydiving. Now that we've got that cleared up... while I'm dreaming, I'd like a pony. This isn't a rocket science convention. OK. But I think they key is to remain intellectually honest, and to never give up searching for the truth, regardless of where it leads. (And remain true to your conscience, even if it hurts.) I don't think there would be a problem like this if there was not an answer. So I am looking for purpose, and I think the answer is in the 'spiritual realm'. That's my 'no fun' response.

It works great, and the berry flavor actually tastes pretty good.
Vallerina 2 #37 February 25, 2005 QuoteWhat are you looking for ? I guess lately I've been looking inwards rather than outwards. I'm not trying to "find myself," or anything like that. I'm more just trying to figure out why I do things...what really makes me happy....what can I change about myself to better my life and make the world slightly better. There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning

boinky 0 #48 February 25, 2005 I'm looking for ME!!! No, really. I'm serious here. It could be a mid-life crisis, but it really could be a plea to find the real me. I am almost 45. I've spent so many years being who/what someone else wanted me to be, I don't know who I am. In fact, perhaps I never did, as my childhood was exactly the same way. In the last year or so, probably since I started doing CRW in 2003, I've been evolving into a person that none of my old acquaintances recognize. I'm less bitchy and much more happy with life. While I still might be wishy-washy on making decisions, when I DO make one, by God, I stick to it! I also stand up for myself and take less shit off of others. Unfortunately, with my changes in me, there have been drastic changes in my lifestyle too. I have a huge list of things I want to do/see before I die. I may not complete but just a few of them, but at least I have learned a new appreciation for the simple things in life in the meantime. Someone recently told me that I am probably 90% happy. This pleases me greatly. There are a lot worse ways I could be described. Nina Are we called "DAWGs" because we stick our noses up people's butts? (RIP Buzz) Yep, you're a postwhore-billyvance

kbordson 8 #50 February 25, 2005 I'm looking for a reason to be anticipating the future... to be looking forward again. But all I have is the wonderful memories of the past... I'm looking for meaning to return, for the reason to settle and for my place to be set again.... I'm lost, even though I knew that I had it all and wouldn't trade that time for the world... I'm just looking for change from the loss. I'm looking for time. (do they have it on sale at Walmart?)
