Shotgun 1 #4 February 24, 2005 QuoteI think that one should be posted under a "does this make my cats gay" heading Hmm, I should have thought of that one! Right after I posted that, they moved into a funnier position (attached)... I think Iggy is a crack addict.

Shotgun 1 #6 February 25, 2005 Quoteshoud see the way my cats sleep. Do they do odd things too? And dropoutdave: They do often sleep in the 69 position... Of course, since they spend the majority of their time sleeping, I guess they have to constantly try new positions to keep it interesting.
happythoughts 0 #7 February 25, 2005 Cats do a limited number of things. - eat. - sit in front of you and look at you without blinking. - plan their next nap. That is the key. It is the amount of planning that they put into the nap.

ChasingBlueSky 0 #11 February 25, 2005 Mine do the same thing all the time. Homer acts like a dog - when you go to pet him, he rolls onto his back and wants you to rub his belly. I've never seen a cat do that before. Come to think of it, Homer is just odd. The two of them sleep in positions like that and he will wake up and start licking Chloe - once he gets bored of licking he opens up his mouth wide and trys to take a chunk out of her head! Chloe then screams and beats the hell out of him. This is a nightly routine._________________________________________ you can burn the land and boil the sea, but you can't take the sky from me.... Iggy does that too... but he is the only cat I've ever had that liked to have his belly rubbed. In fact, he demands it sometimes. Though sometimes I catch him when I can tell he is about to do that and then he backs off because he knows that I am watching him. Oh no! missg8tordivr 0 #13 February 25, 2005 Quote Oh no! I have finally turned into a crazy cat lady... starting a thread to talk about my cats! Shocked Welcome to the club! I could sit and watch my cats for hours. They are both very entertaining. Do lasers work for your cats? My cats find endless entertainment in tinfoil wrapped in a ball. Wrap it at the end of a string, and it is fun for me and the cats. *** F LORIDA!

dropoutdave 0 #15 February 25, 2005 Ping pong balls are the best, they go mental!! The fun only lasts for a few seconds though before they knock it somewhere they can get it then just start fighting each other again. ------------------------------------------------------ May Contain Nut traces...... Yeah, they like lasers... but their favorite toys are those little furry mice, zip ties or rubberbands, and my old guitar strings (nylon, not steel)... It's funny, Iggy will play fetch with a mouse and Moonshine will play fetch with a guitar string, but not the other way around... I never could get my cats interested in tinfoil, but they are fascinated with cardboard boxes (so much for expensive cat toys!)

cbain 0 #24 February 25, 2005 My three cats do crazy things all the time too. Frodo is the male who doesn't know he's fixed. He's all badass. Sam is the fat princess who's too lazy to fight back. 18 lb when we weighed her the other day. And Gimli is just a little freak still.
