I suppose I'm easy....to make laugh that is.;) Of course if I was easy the other way, it would fit perfectly with the thread title!:D:D

[replyWe had a chick in the selection course but she got shit canned on the LAST day. :S

That would suck! What happened to get her bumped? And how did the guys on the team feel about her being there...
Lots of issues on that topic (so I'm trying to just get info and not get this bumped to SC)... but just curious.

(but not to totally hijack your thread... the car thing still looks pretty cool!!)

Can't really discuss things like this on the internet.......but I hear she made some poor tactical decisions.

To be honest.........I have NO idea. They kind of keep the teams seperated so that the "training" environment isn't "spoiled."

tell us which parts of the course you got to take and what you might recommend about them

From reading the course descriptions it sounds like I got Security driver and Motorcade Ops plus some extra. The security driver stuff was great. Basically they start with the basics of straight line braking. Then progress to braking in turns, swerve to avoid, skid pad, etc. Culminating with laps at the fastest speed you can manage around the track. You do this both night and day and the final test is having an instructor chase you. He tries to get in as many "Love Taps" as possible. :D The motorcade stuff was cool. Our instructors set off a charge that I think was slightly larger than they really meant it to be. It dented the door and caught the car on fire momentarily. :D
