mouth 0 #6 February 25, 2005 I'm up 2 also, but I've been really working out the past few weeks and have increased my leg presses and calf presses to 140 pounds with 4 sets of 15 each. Next week I move to 160...maybe. The arms a different story as that elbow I broke has a mind of it's own. -- Hot Mama At least you know where you stand even if it is in a pile of shit. My numbers bounce up and down more than TIgger does. I've been told that sex is an excellent way to lose weight. Perhaps I was just going to offer that he and I get together and lose our added poundage the fun way. Nina Are we called "DAWGs" because we stick our noses up people's butts? Breezejunky 0 #14 February 25, 2005 Yay! 185/170/160 (and yes, I checked the setting was at zero this time) OK now......once again I'm at my barrier weight of 170 I've been here before but I haven't, in my adult life, been below! The thing that kind of sucks is that this week's loss was probably more muscle than fat as I've been working 10 - 16 hour days lately (including weekends) so I've been having trouble keeping up with the exercise. So next week, if I can get back to my workout routine I expect to hold or even gain one.... But 160 - here I come baby!
