Actually there was less snow than that pic shows. Only about 3-5" was on the ground. Still it was cool.

Terry has a few pics of me under canopy but the white background darkened the pic.
He said my canopy was flying too fast for him to get close enough for a really good shot. I was going as slow as possible.
The cold felt good, I was sweating in the plane.

In Denmark its often below 30ºC during winter time in 4.000 meters. Does not hold us back from jumping.

I don't mind, I put on an extra set of long skiing underwear under my suit, and a neck wind breaker.
Sure the fingers get cold, but you wont feel it untill after deployment, never had problems with finger so cold that I had problems flying my canopy or flaring.

what's a Winter model
I was wearing breathable summer gloves and another there that day was wearing ski gloves.
We were all feeling sweat that day in spite of the snow. (our clothes were rather thick)

Welcome to the brass balls club. Isn't it weird landing on snow? Its...mmm...squishy. Depth perception changes.....probably like over water. I would say that is why I moved to Atlanta, but...it's...snowing now.
