Fun with a Wacom Tablet

Recommended Posts

The thread should really be...Fun with layers and channels.B|

If you are into this sort of thing, try and get hold of
'Photoshop Wow' or a similar book. If I recall right.:)
Edit ...Stumpy, a Wacom tablet is a pen interface, see here....

Once you get used to one for photo work, you'll never want to touch a mouse again, but they do take a wee bit of getting used to.B|

Yes yes... fun with a wacom tablet and photoshop. ;)

What would really make all this more fun, would be a "Mortimer Icabod Stylus" and a plug-in that made my computer go "NE-NE-NE-NE-Ne-Ne-Ne-Ne-ne-ne-ne-ne..." every time I drew a line.

did you trace the freeflyer? Looks nice. Was the shading all done by hand or PS filter?

I started out with a photo to get the body position down, cause I suck at keeping proportions realistic. If I don't do that I always seem to end up with grotesquely long limbs. So to answer your question, "sort of."

The shading is just layer effects.
