BASE813 0 #1 February 27, 2005 I have been looking over the Mozilla search plugins available and see that people have set up plugins for sites. Is this something anyone could do for DZ dot com or other BASE / skydive sites to enhance mozilla for searches on your favourite sites? I am certainly not able to create such a tool, but surely someone here is able to do this? Some sample code is available http://mycroft.mozdev.org/ here. Just an idea................ The search bar in the top right corner of Firefox allows you to add from a database of different sites. For instance, in my bar I have Google, PHP.net, MYSQL, and dictionary.com. If you go the directory on your hard drive with these items, you will find that is is VERY easy to create these searches. It is a simple XML page snd I think anyone could do it by using one of the existing ones and changing the information. Why yes, my license number is a palindrome. Thank you for noticing. indyz 1 #3 February 28, 2005 http://www.elbionico.com/mozplug/ Search plugin for dropzone.com forums. I wrote it last summer, put it online, then never told anybody about it. Oops. It needs a new icon, if anybody wants to whip one up for me. My graphics skills are extremely un-1337.
