Unfortunately I've had to become familiar with Powerbuilder for my new job in supporting this legacy application but my heart still lies with C# (I LOVE that language and the .NET framework). As for JAVA yep we use that a lot here too so I wouldn't count that out and there a million or more VB apps still out there (but thank god I haven't had to write one for over 2 years!!)
