mnealtx 0 #1 March 7, 2005 @#$@$@$#@#$@#$%^ Ok, here's the deal - as some of you know, I was originally planning to come home on vacation for a couple weeks at the end of May. THEN, the other Remedy admin planned vacation for the last 2 weeks of May and the first week of June. Please note that we're not actually supposed to be able to put in for vacation until 2 months prior... this becomes important later. Regardless, I adjust my dates for the first 3 weeks of June and let the boss know that's when I'm planning on taking my vacation. It works out better for me in the long run, because I'm eligible for an extra week of bonus vacation... I'm just waiting until April so I can submit my time... no worries, right? NOW, I find out that one of the guys in my section has just put in for the last week of May, and the first 2 weeks of June. I figure I'll be owing enough beer that it'll be easier that way!! Should we call it the DZ.com Summer mini-boogie? LOL! I wonder if we'll be able to lay in enough ice to keep a keg cold all weekend?
