I have a tshirt that I want to copyright or trademark and then sell to a major retailer......(it'll sell like f'in hotcakes to the Hot Topic crowd....).....anyone know how I would go about doing this? Hey, it's worth a shot just to see one kid walking around in this thing, and I might makea whopping 5 bucks off of it, so I can't go wrong, right? And btw, NO it's not my Eeyore idea. AggieDave 6 #2 March 4, 2005 You can't really patent a shirt unless its some sort of new/radical design. You can trademark it and copyright it, though. GravityGirl 0 #6 March 4, 2005 You can't copyright or trademark a T-shirt, but you can with a Logo. Even if you try to trademark your idea for a t-shirt, it can still be copied.
