My day

Recommended Posts

Ugh! Sorry to hear it. It can be so hard some days when the bad news won't stop coming and the good news can't find you.

Just breathe deeply, give a thought to what you're grateful for, and remember that this too shall pass.

VIBES and a prayer! :)

you've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel loquacious?' -- well do you, punk?

I read this as - "You still have your teeth - that is a good thing"
then - "This too shall pass"

Dude don't lose your teeth - that is Bad

Every time I am having an horrific day one of my friends always says 'This too shall pass'

And, ya know, while one part of me knows that's true, in the middle of a shitty day it doesn't matter.

Freefalle, I'm really sorry it's a bad day. A virtual (HUG) isn't much good, but it's what I have from here.

And there are always a bunch of people here on dz.com who will post back and forth -- sounds like some of the ones in this thread know you already :)

One other thing that helps the mental picture..........When I am at my lowest and everything seems crappy.......I just try to find ONE thing that's good. Some days the only thing I could come up with was that there was a nice blue sky outside. Any little thing helps. :)

Besides......it could be worse. In the VERY near future I will be cruising the streets of Baghdad waiting for Haji to fling RPG's and API AK-47 ammo at me. :S

Sorry about that, brother... I have had some tough times in the last year, and know how you are feeling... Trust me when I tell you it gets better... We ALL fall down in some way, shape, or form, but we also all get back up...

Hang in there; PM me if you want to chat.

Shitty days come and go.

Keep focused on what is REALLY important -

things may SEEM to be out of control right now . . .

It is all perception -

choose to percieve it differently and it will be.

Perception is reality.

If you can imagine it - it can be.
