Seeing as we're doing manufactures' appreciation in Talkback, I thought I would mention the amazing service I received from Lara at Alti-2.

I sent my Neptune in (couldn't get it to update, probably my fault too) for service. They reflashed the microcode and sent it back PDQ and sent me a really cool T-Shirt. (Thanks

Alti-2 in general rocks!
But I sent my Neptune in for the same reason, kinda strange. Odd thing is that I still can't update the thing.
