jumprunner 0 #1 March 8, 2005 Just recently, I heard about my high schools 25th reunion, which turned out to be last year, which I just found out about, which I missed. I got a bunch of emails from people I knew back then who I remembered, this was a military school, Texas Military Institute in San Antonio. Never really thought about it much over the years until now. Well, I emailed several people and they awnered back, so I got this really wild idea...lets get together for a small reunion in SD and go jumping. Cool idea? Maybe the beginning of a much bigger idea....class skydiving reunions...you take a hs class reunion and turn it into a skydiving event. Thats trippin'...the equivalent of being on some weird acid trip, without the acid. Skydiving with HS classmates from a military school that you havent seen for 25 years...now thats got to be cool. I thought this thread was gonna be for skydiving class reunions. Soooo, for me: High School: Class of '89. Skydiving Class of '98. College Class of '07 or '08 (aprox). jumprunner 0 #17 March 9, 2005 Skydiving class reunion = turning a class reunion into a skydiving event. Never been to a class reunion, so what do they do at one? Hang out at some restaurant or club or hotel I guess. Talk about high school. Whats really funny is from the emails I saw, there were these two from hs, one was an academic genius and the other was irritatingly macho and a pretend to be academic genius, who were always arguing. These two are still at it with the same types of arguments from when they were kids. From what I hear, they had to be seated seperately accross the room from each other.
