Remster 30 #1 April 4, 2009 Since it's common practice to come here and bitch about customer service issues before trying to solve them with the supplier, I'd figure I add my own horror story. I call Brian at BAS on Monday to get a new line set for my Sam 136, and he answered the phone right away. He informed me he wouldn't have time to make the lines this week, but that he should complete them the following week. On Thursday, he called me to confirm the credit card info since some numbers weren't transposed during the order, and he told me the line set was done. I cant tell you how pissed-off I was to find the line set in my mailbox this morning, 5 days after talking to Brian! Seriously, Thank you very much to the very quick and professional service. Last time I had to deal with BAS for service, things took a little longer and it was more difficult to get a hold of someone. Looks like Brian has improved service.
