Most promise the "best" and for what always seems a cheap fee you have unlimited access to movies you can burn onto DVD.......... Movie and those "Pay a monthly fee to get all you want" mp3 sites just make you pay to get access to a P2P. They are not legal, nor are their files guaranteed to be virus free or be of great quality.
