I know most of the drive-thrus in my neighborhood are not staffed by folks who speak English as a first language - gets a little confusing sometimes. "Would you like to biggie size?" "No, thank you" "OK, that will be $6.15" (non-biggie = $5.40) "No, NO BIGGIE SIZE!" "No biggie size???" and so on...
