another avitar question

I'm trying to change my avitar but it doesn't want to switch to the new one. I have changed my profile to "no pic" and restarted the computer as well as uploaded the "new pic" and restarted. But it always goes back to my old pic even after a new post.

I know this has been posted a million times but I have had a couple drinks and don't feel like doing a sure.
