skymama 37 #27 March 13, 2005 :1:0 It was such a beautiful day yesterday, blue skies, 73 degrees...and gusty winds to 25 mph! Since my motto is, "when in doubt, wimp out" I sat on the ground and watched everyone else's canopies buckle in the wind once they went over 20 mph. Today is just as beautiful and has less wind, but I'm home running errands and doing chores. Dumpster 0 #30 March 13, 2005 0:1:2 First jump since the broken ankle incident back in November. A hop-n-pop in some cold-ass weather. I stumbled when I landed but other wise the jump was fine. Also, first jump in my new Wings, and a slightly larger canopy that what I have been jumping. (I went from a Spectre 150 to a 170 - ) Safety Day was fun, it has been announced we're getting a PAK 750 this season, it will be here Friday. Kris 0 #31 March 13, 2005 QuoteSo she knows how you snore? Yeah, and she still lets me hang around. Then again, from when she was a kid she got used to her sister snoring by putting a pillow over her other ear and it's still a habit. Such a good girl. Sigh, I am going to the doc sometime this week or next to have my sleep apnea checked out though. I'm way overdue and can't keep putting it off.Sky, Muff Bro, Rodriguez Bro, and Bastion of Purity and Innocence!™

ACMESkydiver 0 #33 March 13, 2005 :4:0 Couple o' heart-wrenching jumps... 1 shitty landing...(Do NOT lose your head and flare too high in brisk winds, kids...) and one redeeming landing after the shitty one. ~Jaye Do not believe that possibly you can escape the reward of your action. mustard 0 #34 March 13, 2005 :0:4 Skratch would hate it if I told... Man, the winds just blew all day Saturday. I could have made a jump in the afternoon, but mostly I watched other people land. Sunday, a foot of snow on the ground! But the beer was great! Still working on bringing that number up to speed! *** DJan
skysprite 0 #35 March 13, 2005 1:0:0 1 fun time hanging out at the dz on Sunday. I was going to go down to pick up my rig anyway, and since the winds sucked I stayed and got to just chill and chat with everyone on the ground. Double bonus I got to practice sign language with another jumper! ~skysprite

This number may be substituted with any number denoting a significant event (with explanation) if you a) didn't get any or b) don't care to share. Oh... thanks for sharing.. I didn't get laid either.
