kai2k1 0 #1 March 17, 2005 I wrote the forward to my book tonight. If you would like let me know what you think At the age of twenty two I had a tough decision to make. Standing at the intersection of I-70 and I-81 in Maryland I had a tough decision to make. Freshly out of the Army with enough cash in my pockets to go anywhere it was time to make a decision. Go south and see where where you wind up. Go north and see whats there. Head west to return to my boyhood home, But don't go east because because theres nothing left behind you. I made the decision and what you are about to read is the story of a kid with the whole world in front of him, and where it has led him since. Ive been spending alot of time going through old journals and experiences i've written down and have decided to turn it into a book. Who knows?? Some of you may be in it, but I'll change your names to protect you. I am thinking of it to be a "coming of age" story. But you never know where that will take you. soulshine 0 #2 March 17, 2005 Hey, that intersection that you're talking about (70 & 81) is just a few miles from where I live right now. Beautiful area. Bombing for peace is like fucking for virginity! ~DEVIOUS BEEF~~FGF #69~
NWFlyer 2 #3 March 17, 2005 Very cool - I've been thinking of writing such a story myself. Keep me posted on how it goes."There is only one basic human right, the right to do as you damn well please. And with it comes the only basic human duty, the duty to take the consequences." -P.J. O'Rourke
