Vallerina 2 #1 March 20, 2005 That's right! We all know about the traffic, yuppies, too high of rent, and expensive bars. I don't care! I've always had a good time in Wrigleyville, so one of my best friend's girlfriends and I are moving there in May! We'll be about three blocks from the stadium and cool bars. Yes, we've already heard from many that they will be using us as a place to pass out! She's a very cool woman, and I'm really looking forward to living with her! So, if anyone is going to any games this season, let me know! There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning

kallend 2,151 #7 March 21, 2005 My son lived there for a year. On Sheffield, right next to the ballfield, he could watch games from his rooftop. He moved out as soon as the lease expired - couldn't stand the parking hassles and especially couldn't stand the boorish behavior of fans.... The only sure way to survive a canopy collision is not to have one.

kaerock 1 #20 March 21, 2005 I used to live in the area. I was never a big baseball fan but getting drunk at the game is a blast. And all of the restaurants and things to do there may cause your bank account to be bled dry, but you'll have a ton of fun doing it :> Good times! -R QuoteThat's right!
