vt1977 0 #29 March 23, 2005 I gave up caffeine about 3 weeks ago - I have replaced my numerous caffeine based drinks with water and herbal tea. I felt like complete crap for the first week with headaches, inability to focus on anything etc. for but I now feel so much better! Vicki
Rebecca 0 #30 March 23, 2005 Second cup, and it hasn't helped... still so sleepy... Oh well, last night's Rockets vs. Heat game was SO WORTH IT! I just wish I could wake up! you've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel loquacious?' -- well do you, punk?
kelel01 1 #31 March 23, 2005 I'm still sleepy, too, but that's just because I'm always sleepy. No headaches today, though, thanks to my steaming hot cup of coffee!
SarahC07 0 #32 March 23, 2005 Hehehe... I once thought I was addicted to caffeine... but when I stopped drinking large amounts of it... not much changed. I know you're just gave it up for a day, but .... I gave up sodas on the first of the year and iced tea became my long lost friend. The amount of caffeine in iced tea is less than soda, if I remember correctly. Either way, somewhere along the lines, I stopped drinking caffeine for 3-4 days (unintentionally, it just happened) and I felt fine. I still miss diet coke.
