GogglesnTeeth 6 #1 March 25, 2005 Ok, so I live in your basic apartment in Fort Myers, but it is on well water. When I first moved in, I could barely stand the smell of the water, the taste, etc. That fun Rotten Eggs meets Sulfer smell/taste. Today I went to Sears and bought one of those faucet water filters. OH MY GOD! I had forgotten how good water can taste, and what it is like not to smell the water I am drinking. For the shower, toliet, and bathroom........ well, they are unfiltered, but at least I have good water to drink. I'm gonna start filling the ice cube trays with that instead of the water piped into the freezer. YEA!!!!!!!!!!!!! hooked 0 #3 March 25, 2005 I use to think our water was good compared to other places I have been, particularly Arizona and Minnesota. Years ago, I started filtering our water, and I now realize our tap water doesn't taste so good!!! It's not as bad as other places, but it still has a funny taste.
