DrunkMonkey 0 #1 March 28, 2005 I'm moving out of a house that I've been renting in June. There are tranny fluid and oil stains on the concrete that I have not been able to get out with solvent and a wire brush. Any tips/advice to get these stains out? I'd like to get my security deposit back... Thx!

masterrig 1 #4 March 28, 2005 Pour the solvent, like Varsol, right on the oil stains. Let it soak in for about 30 secs. Put oil dry over the varsol. The next day, after it has dried, sweep it up. The stains, should be gone. Chuck
jimbarry 0 #5 March 28, 2005 Clay-based cat litter. Even if it's dry, you can really grind it in with the bottom of your boot. Then sweep up, hose off, possibly repeat. Good chance it'll get all or most of it up.
