AggieDave 6 #3 March 30, 2005 Oh man, you're gonna love this job. I worked for an ISP as tech support for 3 years. Something important to learn, when you put your phone on mute, CHECK, ask the customer a question with the mute on to see if they respond. If they respond, then its not on mute and they can hear you cursing them out.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline." freefallfreak 0 #6 March 30, 2005 So, now you are part of the Great Unwashed Labor Force, huh?? Kudos are in order here, I think...altho I'm not sure that I'd want kudos over having to get a job to support myself, lol. Anyway, thanks for going to work so you can pay your taxes, lol, cause that's what pays for my monthly lift tickets, not to mention the gas to drive the Bear. Hey, at 4 1/2 miles to the gallon I can use the money. TripleF "Upon seeing the shadow of a pigeon, one must resist the urge to look up."

When I used to work in a helpdesk position, my favorite thing to do when I heard someone cursing while the customer was on mute was to sneak over and hit the mute button. Of course, I only did that to those I didn't like.Sky, Muff Bro, Rodriguez Bro, and Bastion of Purity and Innocence!™
