Except when that is where you work. I do agree that exercise is key for stress though. I skydive or do other things outside. Nature heals me.
Please feel free to reply to my posts and pm's, but only if you're smart enough to understand what they really mean.

Worked. I'm in a bit of a better head space now, at least better than I'd be if I drank and dwelled. Exercise is a good thing! :)

i usually clean/organize/reorganize (habit).. much better than my dz.com habit, don't ya think? =) what's on your mind?
i didn't lose my mind, i sold it on ebay. .:need a container to fit 5'4", 110 lb. cypres ready & able to fit a 170 main (or slightly smaller):.[/ce

I get out of the city, go for a walk in the park or reserve. Head to the beach to just sit by the ocean and think. Write down what's bothering me and try to work through it. Go out with some friends somewhere peaceful and try to take my mind off it.

Hope you work it out soon anyways :)
