Vicodin or muscle relaxers??

I was just the tiniest bit tipsy (read: f*cking stumbling drunk) late last night and fell down the stairs.

I'm black and blue everywhere and really REALLY freaking sore, but sore like I tried to scale a 100 foot cliff with weight on or some damn thing whilest out of shape. -Not sharp or throbbing pain like anything was really damaged, y'know?

So I have both muscle relaxers and vicodin and I'm trying to figure out what's best. I'm even up for motrin or something too, I don't need to take anything stronger than necessary, but geesh I suddenly feel like I'm 80 years old.

Guess I really should ask my dad, I mean crap he is a pharmacist and all... However, I'm not too keen on telling him the details.

Well, that's kinda the thing too...I have a lot to work on tonight, so I can't go to sleep. Alcohol would shut me down, but muscle relaxers and vicodin, for some reason, never make me overly sleepy.

Hydrocodone w/APAP (that has Tylenol in it as well as the vicodin) -liquid
Hydrocodone w/APAP pill
Hydrocodone w/APAP gel cap
Oxycodone w/APAP
Some expired penicillin. again...
and Bextra.

those are all painkilers...... the oxy is more powerful..... as for painkilles vs, muscle relaxers...... ask your doctor.... as he/she shoudl be the one telling you what to take them for and prescribing them.......... cuz i know you wouldn't take old narcotics from a old prescription.. naw, never......

Vicodin, I find makes me a little zippy and it takes away any pain I have, I wouldn't take more then 1500mgs though, then you'll be too high to accomplish anything! I've never taken muscle relaxers, so I can't comment on those, so I would say go with the Vicodin!
