So today, I am sitting very straight, doing all my bending at the knees, the ol's golf tee bend to pick up things, and to top it off, I can't have any painkillers because I'm having an upper GI tomorrow. My back really hurts and it's starting to make me cranky - that and not being able to eat anything today. Arrgghh. Vint. . . . . "Make it hard again."
