I sneak up on the other side of a row of hedges and peer through a gap... to see a Peregrine Falcon well on its way to mutilating a pigeon bigger than itself! I got as close as 5 feet, then the falcon stopped, cocked its head at me, probably thinking, "what the fuck YOU looking at, dipshit!" then after a couple seconds decided I wasn't a threat, and went back to ripping the poor pigeon to shreds...
