If they started selling magazines about their life, or TV shows I wouldn't buy. I don't want to know anything about their lives. And...if their lives come too far into the lyrics, I back out. Might sound harsh, but music has a funny affect on the body, and I don't like most angry/depressing music. My point is if you want to listen to Britney music, fine. If you start to glorify/endorse/approve her lifestyle as a sideffect, that is a different level in my book.
