Prognosis: Moderate loss of strength and moderate possibility of dislocation in certain movement ranges. Nasty lump on top of shoulder. 2. Stabilization with removal of the anterior head of the clavicle. Prognosis: Same drawbacks but w/out the nasty lump on the top of the shoulder 3. Surgical stabilization: Go in and fix everything. Put in a loop and screw to hold the joint together while the ligaments/tendons heal. Prognosis: Excellent chance for full ROM and no loss of strength.
