halorob 0 #1 February 1, 2009 Hello all, I was wondering if anybody had anything new to express about Precision's Nitron. I've read the old posts. Your opinion is welcome here!
gearless_chris 1 #2 February 4, 2009 I don't know if this is new info or not. I noticed my brakes are set very shallow, they are correct for front riser use, and it flares just fine. The shallow setting seems to make it less likely to spin with a premature brake release, broken line, etc. I've been able to keep my 170 flying straight with one brake set and the other released, by just using a little harness input. It's pretty easy to land all rear risers too(on my 170 loaded around 1.6, yours may be different), got about 30 or 40 of those. I love my Nitron, it was a nice second canopy."If it wasn't easy stupid people couldn't do it", Duane. My momma said I could be anything I wanted when I grew up, so I became an a$$hole.
