Lindsey 0 #1 April 20, 2005 So today I finished medical school. Graduation's a month from tomorrow. I'm 39 years old and have a total of 25 years of formal education....can't imagine what I did with the other 14.....guess those few years of work here and there added up...lol. It's weird to imagine being out of school for good, but the day has come. So HIGH FIVE! Here's to finishing medical school. I remember sitting there on my knees next to him and having NO IDEA what to do. Amazing how much I've learned in the 3 years since then. There have been some really difficult personal times in the past few years too. I think everything is looking up now. It's a pretty rural south Arkansas town with a population of about 5,000. My son and I moved back here when my husband and I separated last year. It's a 45 mile commute from here to my residency program. And Rantoul....I THINK I'll be able to come. My divorce and custody hearing date is July 12th, and I'll have to take a couple days off for that. I will have just started residency, and there's a potential problem getting off again, even for a couple days, for Rantoul. But I'm gonna try.
