Why would wendy's do that? I doubt they just like bad Press.

go up the chilli supply chain...

check ER reports where/when the finger could have been introduced.

Maybe illegal immigrants pick the tomatoes....

Maybe they date there food, and do not use first in last out…

I would prefer to win 50k by a contest other then "Guess who has 9 digits!"

They got a print from the finger tip but, it came back 'no match'. She dropped the 'claim' because it was "...too stressful!" on her. Wha... ? She think Wendy's was just gonna give her what she wanted?:S

Yes, true. :D

But where did SHE get it, I guess is what I meant?

On Good Morning America this morning, they were saying that some woman, 60mi. away from where the woman suing Wendy's lives, had a finger bitten-off by one of her leopards. the police are checking to see if, there might be a connection. ???

Yeah, I saw that, too, but there's a discrepancy regarding the length. The woman only lost 3/4 of an inch, but the tip in the chili was 1.5 inches.

Even so, how would she have gotten her hands on it?

That's a good question. I think, they're drawing straws at this point. Till someone steps forward with some concrete evidence, we may never know.

Is the finger the same race as her? Have they checked the number of fingers she or any members of her family have:ph34r:

"This individual apparently did take a spoonful, did have a finger in their mouth and then, you know, spit it out and recognized it," said Ben Gale, director of the department of environmental health for Santa Clara County. "Then they had some kind of emotional reaction and vomited."

It says she "recognized it" so I think she knew where it came from!:D
